Welcome to Chilo’s Cheesecakes

Chilo’s Cheesecakes is a small, family-run business built with love, dedicat, and a passion for creating the best cheesecakes for our community. We are proudly operated by just the two of us—Chilo, the baker, and his wife, Regina.

Over the past three years, we have grown to supply over 14 local restaurants, and we are deeply grateful for the support from our restaurant partners as well as our loyal online and in-store customers. In addition to our wholesale partnerships, we operate:

• An Online Store – where customers can place cheesecake orders.
• A Small Front Store – located inside Salt Life, where we offer individual slices to walk-in customers.

Because we are a two-person team, we want to share a few things with our valued customers:

1. Our Schedule – Wednesday through Sunday, we close for about an hour to complete restaurant deliveries and for Chilo to head to his full-time job at Blackbeard’s.
2. Small but Dedicated – We do not always post daily or create videos and content for social media. While we would love to do more, our top priority is maintaining the quality and consistency of every cheesecake we make.
3. Growth Takes Time – Our goals for Chilo’s Cheesecakes are deeply personal. Everything is funded through our own income, and every step forward is a result of patience, dedication, and hard work. While some may wonder why we haven’t yet opened a standalone location, we believe in growing our business thoughtfully and sustainably.
